A D3 supplement that really gives healthy Blood levels (Hashi)

Just thought I would share my blood work (March 2019) having been on Natures Answer D3 since November 2018. I've tried a number of D3 supplements in the past, none raised my levels to this......highly recommend! 2 drops under tongue, hold for 30 sec.

I've used a Nature's Answer supplement (not thyroid/vitamin related) and like the fact there are minimal ingredients and no nasties.

I'll mention this when replying about Vit D supplements in future, another choice for members.

I've just gone over to Vit K2-MK7 drops (rather than softgels) and was considering D3 drops when my current bottle of softgels finishes.

Did you get some K2 eventually? Need to direct the extra uptake of Calcium (courtesy of D3) to bones and teeth and away from soft tissues an arteries.

Yes I use Sports Research Vitamin K2 (MK7). Again no junk and made with chickpea:

Oh and I don't swallow the softgel, I nip the top off and squeeze the chickpea/coca oil out of it and hold under tongue.

Thanks for the recommendation. How many drops do you take? The label says 2 drops are 100 mcg. I don't know how that translates to IU.

2 drops = 4000iu
