I am currently taking 75mcg of Levo and 10mcg of T3 Liothyronine. I have just received my NDT 60mg and would like to know what the starting dose should be. Many thanks for any help please.

i grain (60mg) NDT = 38mcg Levo + 9mcg T3 so you wont get an exact match. You'll either get too little T4 if you take 1 grain, and too much T3 if you take 2 grains. It's a case of try it and see how you go.
