You also need to put the ranges for the results - they are usually in brackets. The reason these are needed is because labs differ in their machines and so do ranges.
If you also had had a FT3 dones, it is more informative. If you are symptomatic somethings not right:-

Without the ranges these can't be interpreted. But also without freeT3 there's no real evidence here of how you're doing. Loads of people have nice looking freeT4 but still have a rubbish freeT3 or symptoms.
