I have Hashi, pernicious anaemia. Can anybody recommend a functional medicine practitioner? I have seen a number of nutritionists, but at first they portrait themselves as experienced in autoimmunity dysfunction, but later I find out that they are not knowledgeable as they claimed to be.

Out of interest you could look up a video on Ecoqol - there a 5 videos on how to detoxify your system using a do it your self castor oil pack. The practitioner is a functional Md in the USA and does one to one treatment online. She does half an hour sessions as well as hour sessions. Have to say am impressed by use of alternative methods using safe methods
and understanding sensitivities. That is the fly in the ointment if you are sensitive to foods and herbs.
