Does anyone know if it's safe to take avenacalm if your hypo ,? I'm trying to find a more natural remedy for stress I have PTSD and I cant find any info on Google about hypo and avenacalm, thankyou in advance

It contains part of the oat plant, water and alcohol so there will be no contraindication with thyroid meds or thyroid function, but keep the same separation from your Levo/T3 as you would with other foodstuffs. Because of the oats, it has an alert for those with coeliac disease.
