I have hypothyroidism an vit d deficiency , I've been having a rubbish time with me health lately ( more ill than before treatment) a month ago I lost some of my hearing in my left ear , an constant buzzing , ringing , wooshing noises , doctor gave me ear drops said it was ear wax 🤷🏻♀️ Last week I started with balance issues , extreme dizziness , vomiting , went the doctor yesterday to be given something to help with my balance issues as it's plain to see I can't walk proper and causes me motion sickness ( I feel like im on a boat or everything just spinning) then she experienced my vomit all over her desk when I finally made the seat , now I'm completely deaf in the left ear ... having really bad headaches , the constant buzzing, dizziness an vomiting she looked in my ear An said oh yea there's a tiny bit of ear wax , u will have to get them Shringed!today I woke up with a sore throat and a bad chest , and while eating my breakfast (soft toast) my tooth fell out , the last few months I've experienced some of my back teeth crumbling this tooth that came out this morning , wasn't bad or loose , I've been the dentist today , who has been my life long dentist who knows I am obsessed with my tooth hygiene ( as I'm petrified of dentists) and was shocked at the decline in my teeth over the last few months since I seen him last , An he told me it's not really a problem he can help with An to see my doctor to make them aware an get my bloods checked . Has anyone any experience with this and any advice I would really appreciate it . My vit d just isn't going up aswell as I'd like An all the doctors say Is it takes time , sorry I'm not sitting around waiting for my teeth to fall out .
TIA

As for your teeth, I expect your Vit D deficiency has something to do with that, considering it was 5ng/ml (12.5nmol/L) before treatment.
Has your calcium been checked?
When you started taking D3, did you start using Vit K2-MK7, as I mentioned in your previous post, because it is important as this moves calcium to bones and teeth:
What is your current Vit D level and what dose are you now taking?
Are you taking magnesium as I mentioned, this is needed for D3 to work.
Do you take vitamin C? Tooth loss is one symptom of deficiency, together with some that are also typical of hypothyroidism such as problems with skin, hair and nails and bruising easily
Dose of Levothyroxine should be increased slowly in 25mcg steps, retesting 6-8 weeks after each increase, until TSH is around one and FT4 towards top of range
Essential to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin
Come back with new post once you get results and ranges
I don’t know if many will have seen the last post you made when you posted a few weeks back - you said:
Well I visited my lovely doctor who so kindly gave me ear drops 😂 She swears none of issues are thyroid or vitamin related the problem is my ear , I've my blood tests next week she wouldn't do the other b12 she said cos I'm not jaundice so said I can have b12 🤔 an I'm looking for a new doctor in my area , my health problems are so dibilitating on my life and I just want to get better well as much I can possibly can , and my lovely dad has so kindly offered to pay for my blood test for me
Well, the doctor may well have had a lovely bedside manner but frankly, sounds absolutely clueless about Vitamin B12 deficiency!
I do think it might be another huge issue for you, from what you’ve said. Would be well worth pushing for it to be tested.
B12 Deficiency ? - please read through the replies to your last post when B12 Deficiency was mentioned. Please insist you are tested - your result needs to be around 500 ...
