Hi new on here so grateful of all the advice. Had hypothyroidism diagnosed a couple of years ago. Now take 75/100mg Levothyroxine daily. Just had bloods done and hopefully can get some advice and information to them as my doctor doesn’t seem to specialise ( hence I self medicate as to the symptoms)
My serum folate could not be obtained due to haemolysis??
Serum Ferritin 234 - ( 13.00 - 150.00ug/L)
Serum free T4 18.1 - (9.00-24.00pmol/L)
Serum TSH 0.11 - (0.20-5.00mu/L)
Thanks

The folate simply means the blood cells burst open, usually from a traumatic blood draw. Did you bruise after blood was taken? Nothing serious, just needs repeating.
Thanks Hay2016. Yeah the nurse struggled to get blood and said the area went into spasm so after taking a small amount of blood she went elsewhere.
I knew my TSH would be low as I had started getting the odd feeling of being lightheaded. I am trying to balance between 75/100mg levo. I take 2 days a week 75 the rest 100 but have changed to 3 and 4. When I go the other way and under Medicate I am just exhausted and can’t concentrate. I can balance it pretty well now I understand it a little better.
The problem I have now is I keep getting strange nerve pain, not bad but I could feel in in the foot for a minute and the next day in my finger. But of carpels tunnel too. Never had it before
