I was taking thyroxine 50 mcg initially(i had menorrhagia) then my peroids became normal. Aftr 6months my tsh was 10 IU. So switched to 100mcg.now aftr 2 months i am not getting my periods. Should i stop thyroxine?

Absolutely not, no.
When did you last have a blood test? What were the results? Could be that your dose is still too low, and you are still hypo.

Tsh- 7.14, ft3- 2.46, ft4- 1.06
This s recent report. should i increased dose to 125mcg

Yes. Your TSH is much too high. When you are on thyroid hormone replacement, the TSH should come down to 1 or under.
I cannot comment on the Frees, because you haven't put the ranges. Please, always put the ranges when giving results.
