Hi all. I have hashimoto underactive thyroid over a year now. I'm on eltroxin 75ml daily. My doc had me on 100ml every second day and 75 on the other days. I felt over medicated. Insomnia. Rapid heartbeat and jumpy. So I reduced to 75ml daily and informed my doc. I'm sleeping good now and no jumpy ness but can still feel my heat beat when sitting down and now I have extreme muscle tightness across my shoulders. I'm confused. Am I over or under medicated? My bloods came back normal while on both 100 and 75 ml daily. Thanks in advance.

'Normal' is meaningless. It's an opinion, not a diagnosis. Can you give us the exact figures: results and ranges?
