TSH 0.52. (0.2-4.0)
Ferritin 64. (10-291)

Folate 16.6 (3-14.4)
Vitamin D 37 nmol = insufficient
There's no FT3 or FT4 or thyroid antibodies test results
Vitamin D needs improving by supplementing to at least 75nmol, but many find slightly higher around 100nmol may be better
Folate is very good - do you supplement? Or just eat lots of greens?
B12 needs watching
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Suggest you supplement 1000-3000iu for 2-3 months and retest.

I am taking 1000 vit d. But giving me headache so taking it on alternate days to my menopace tablets taking to help with hot flushes which also have vit d I think they are 1000 so it should not be low. Thrown box away so can't remember the doses or all vitamins in it. I do feel better than I did but leaving it longer before eating/drinking after taking levo. Have found I can no longer tolerate red wine. My palpitations went through the roof 2 wks ago. So staying of wine altogether now. Not sure why photo is upside down as correct way up on my phone.
Menopace is just a fancy name for a multi-vit, and multi-vits are not good things to take.
This one contains a wide variety of vitamins, but it also contains iron, which will block the absorption of all the vitamins, so you won't be getting anything out of it.
It also contains iodine which should not be taken unless you have tested and found yourself to be deficient.
It also contains copper, which is not good if you are hypo because hypos usually have high copper and low zinc, so adding more copper is not a good idea. You should test before taking it.
So, you're really just wasting your money with this supplement, and it could be doing more harm than good.
Not sure if this is the right way to continue a post.
What are symptoms of hypo.
Came home from work early felt dizzy increased heart rate. Colleague took my pulse said it was ok but keeps missing a beat. Is this hypo. Phoned doc as has pain in chest she just want me to go for ECG. But did this last time and they said it was ok although don't think it was missing a beat then. Changed over to mercury Pharma last month. Thanks.
Only just seen this because you didn't click on the blue 'reply' button, so I wasn't notified.
There are many, many symptoms of hypo, but they are non-specific - in other words, they could be symptoms of many other things, as well. Which is why we need blood tests. Here is a list of hypos symptoms, but it is by no means complete:
