I suffer with leg pain when my thyroid hormone is low, or not converting well. Not that that's the only cause. B12, vit D and iron can be major players. My pain is burning and sore feeling a bit like I've been kicked in my muscles. I believe the burning is lactic acidosis. Too low hormone; sudden uptake of hormone reserves from prolonged activity, stress messing with my conversion are all factors in mine.

So upsetting to hear that 😔 , yes I have this but a run a lot, and it’s hard to differentiate the thyroid symptoms and just tired revolving lactic muscles , it’s a jumble of them both for me , it’s better since I stopped levothyroxine , I just had fatigued muscles then without the pain , burning

If and when you know your latest basic panel, willing to share, it really helps the rest of us. So many anomalies in this disorder.

Going back to pain, when everything is working properly, I can hammer myself without issue. But gawd knows what's happening on the days when it all seems to slip out of sync amid good therapeutic levels.
