Vitamin D is very low. Low enough that GP should prescribe loading dose
So you need to see GP with these results
Aiming to improve to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better . GP will probably only prescribe until level get above 50nmol. After that you will need to self supplement
Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function. It's trial and error what dose each person needs.
Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.
Retesting twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk
Local CCG guidelines

Folate is also low, though probably not low enough for GP to prescribe.
Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.
B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two). Or Jarrow B-right
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Ferritin is fairly low. Eating liver or liver pate once a week may help improve levels, or other iron rich foods plus vitamin C supplements can help improve iron absorption
Only start one supplement at a time. Vitamin D most important
Wait at least a fortnight to assess any changes before considering starting another supplement
Ask GP for coeliac blood test too, or buy online for under £20
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies

Hi thanks for the information. I am seeing the gp anyway on the 5/01/19 Do you think they will supplement? Or can they be difficult as it's private testing and not their own.
They should prescribe loading dose for vitamin D. And retest again at the end of 8 week loading dose.
Though technically you are 0.6 higher than range that should have loading dose, (though some regions have 30nmol as the cut off, not 25nmol)
Asking GP for coeliac blood test (if not already gluten free) As you are looking for cause of low vitamins, despite a good diet
GP unlikely to prescribe folic acid for low folate. Probably GP won't think ferritin is low enough to run full iron panel test for Anaemia
Hi I will ask the gp about supplements for vit d. Not sure if they would test for coeliac. But I can ask. They're always quick to dismiss symptoms. Making you feel like a hypochondriac
