Adrenal Fatigue...how did you fix it?

Hey everyone,

Just looking for some research to see how everyone manage to bring themselves back from adrenal fatigue? Supplements, food, diet etc.

I’ve got Dr Wilson supplements to rebuild at the moment but just curious to look into it a little more.

I also have raised rT3 which is common with adrenals I believe but again, I’m not sure?

Any insight would be amazing :)

Thx

Kristy

Hi there. I had the same problem. Nothing really helped but I celery juiced religiously, as well as taking supplements and the implementation of the ‘medical medium’ protocol. Aka as Anthony Williams. It literally saved me and my health really improved. The mineral salts in celery juice cannot be found anywhere else and is healing for so many illnesses, including such things as lupus and ms. If interested, you juice a whole bunch (16 oz) of celery juice on an empty stomach each morning. Don’t consume anything else for 15 mins to a half hour afterwards. If you don’t like the taste, add an apple and then gradually decrease apple until you’re drinking celery juice alone. Really helped me 2 friends with hypothyroidism and another with fibromyalgia. His books are great but you’ll also find info online. Hope you feel better soon x x x

Hi there. So sorry about the late response... here are some links.

Celery juicing...

This celery juice page covers a lot of info in detail and also has instructions on juicing. Celery juicing is also very supportive emotionally. I have hypothyroidism and bipolar disorder and this has helped me more than any medication. I’m not sure whether you use Instagram but the medical medium feed is invaluable. There’s a very supportive community in comments and they’ve answered so many of my questions.

Here’s to healing and you getting well soon. Warm wishes, Nicole :)

I have had very low cortisol and adrenal insufficiency for 4 years, i have tried every herb, supplement, CT3M, adrenal cortex & glandulars, diet, rest, you name it iv tried it nothing has made any difference. Last cortisol test oct 2017 95 (150-600) endo gave me hydro cortisone for 2 months but said if i continue it will mean steroids for life as my adrenals will not get stronger but just give up and rely on steroid. Nasty side effects with steroids and hard to wean off, so for now i am stuck with it.

Hi again. I just read your last post and feel for you. I was the same as was my friend with Graves’ disease who’d had many operations on her eyes. We had tried everything. I fought for so long to somehow get the doctors to listen to me, to heal myself in many ways. That’s why I want to share the medical medium. Even if you simply start by celery juicing. Healing takes time and initially some people get worse before they get better because of the detoxification going on. Good luck with your journey. N

Lots of rest, change of job, healing sounds, meditation and adrenal glandulars - but it took decades, not months

My 24 hour adrenal tests slowly got better as my thyroid dose got closer to optimal. To some extent I think it just represents how sick you are overall.

I do also meditate every day, now, which I'm sure helps as it also improved my sleep.

Unfortunately there is never a straightforward answer with adrenals, all you can do is chug through trying the things that are said to be good: reduce stress in your life, get very good quality rest (learn how to do this if you don't already rest well), sleep well, eat well, exercise gently, try adaptogens, try adrenal glandulars. Also get vitamins optimal and thyroid hormone optimal and examine any other medication you're taking.

And work on whatever needs working on specifically. Eg I also did loads of work to try and get my insomnia sorted, the meditation, taking melatonin and cherry active, all the conventional sleep hygiene, eating during the night (a common low adrenal symptom is waking when blood sugar falls around 4am), having 8 hours of audiobooks on-hand, and all kind of other little things I've probably forgotten.

Hello I saw Dr Peatfield late 2018 who diagnosed adrenal fatigue , following some further tests via Genova diagnostics I have been taking adrenavive which has helped enormously. Wish I had gone to see him years ago, good luck.
