Hi nothyroid, you've been through a lot but you need to support your body so you can heal. Metabolism runs everything in your body but taking levothyroxine does not do everything your own thyroid did. For one thing your own thyroid produced T4, T3,T2, T1 plus calcitonin. Your levothyroxine only gives you T4 and must go through the conversions to match the natural hormone. When you were in good health it was easier for your liver to do what's necessary. FT3 is the active part and I see you are over range in your blood result. But this doesn't mean it is being "used". If it doesn't bring your temperature to normal, that's a clue. Digestion may not be optimal either which means you may not be getting the nutrients you need. That's why those deficiency tests are helpful. Your dose of B12 is low. Try 2,000 or 5,000. It's an important nutrient.
