You will need to obtain the ranges for your results if you want us to comment. There are no universal ranges, they vary from lab to lab, so if you get a print out of your results from your GP the ranges should be there, or if it's hospital tests then contact the lab. We can then interpret your results if that is what you want.
However, since you had your thyroid removed last year then RAI in October, and those results were from September, they're of little use now, you need current results so best to get retested if you want help with your thyroid situation.
If it's more your testicle pain and chills that you wish members to comment on, it's likely not connected to your thyroid condition and it's not something we can help with, you should be discussing that with your GP.
How much Levothyroxine are you currently taking?
Is it always the same brand?
Do you always take on empty stomach and then nothing apart from water for at least an hour after?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common
All thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Is this how you do your tests?
Suggest you ask GP for Thyroid and vitamin testing
