Tsh 0.1
T3 3.2 range 2.8-4.9
T4 19 range 9-19
I was on 100mcg eltroxin, since the results im on 75.
I developed hypo in this pregnancy, they tested my antibodies said im hashimoto. I dont have results for that. I dont have any symptoms and i feel fine.

At the end of your pregnancy your thyroid values were typical of that. They are different from not being pregnant. After birth it takes time for things to settle down to the after-pregnant (normal we hope) state. It takes time say 2-3 months. If you feel OK then that's fine, but it things go downhill later, you need more doctors help. You do look to be struggling a bit on T4 though because your FT4/FT3 ratio is 6/1. It doesn't automatically mean there are problems, but the figures do indicate that you are on the edge of coping.
Normally if you have raised your T4 in response to pregnancy, then you can think of reducing back to prepregnancy. But otherwise if you haven't changed, I'd wait to see how things progress and react accordingly in 25 ug steps.
