Boarderline hyperthyroid
Can you give the actual numbers - results and ranges? Bit difficult to comment without seeing them.
Have you had your antibodies tested? Could be that you have Hashi's, which swings from hypo to 'hyper' and back again, but isn't true hyper in that the thyroid is not over-producing hormone. It is absolutely crucial that doctors test antibodies, or they will have no idea what is going on, and will just be guessing.
Antibodies are:
TPOab and TgAB for Hashi's
TRAB or TSI for Grave's.
Sounds more like Hashimoto's (hypothyroid) than Graves (hyperthyroid)
Early stage Hashimoto's can have odd blood test results as thyroid breaks down and releases excess thyroid hormones
Low vitamin levels are extremely common with both Graves and Hashimoto's
Ask GP to test vitamin levels and thyroid antibodies
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
All thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
If TPO or TG antibodies are high this is most likely Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
Private testing for suspected Graves - TSI or TRab antibodies

About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's. Low vitamins are especially common with Hashimoto's. Food intolerances are very common too, especially gluten. So it's important to get TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once .
