How long to get back after a week of 12.5 more t4?

How long does it take for blood results to show true results after I've been taking 12.5 extra t4 for a week and then lowered back to usual dose? Do I still have to wait 6 weeks?

If the extra T4 is a small fraction of what you normally take, then in 2 weeks you should be back virtually to the original state.

Thanks. Would that be true even if I took 50t4 for 2 days directly after the increase to wash it out quicker since I felt overmedicated? This means I have been taking 100t4 for a long time then for a week too 112.5t4 then 50t4 for 2days then back to 100t4.

With these short term changes, the fluctuations in amount of T4 in blood will be minor compared with a steady value. However, I don't think it wise to chop and change T4 as much and as quickly as you have done. Slow and steady, following symptoms over a while before changing again, is the way to go.
