I am taking 100 t4 +15 t3. I increased t4 to 112.5 for little over a week and felt overmedicated. Can I now take 10 t3 for a day or two when the levo washes out? (I took 50 levo yesterday and yesterday to wash that out but feel worse after second dose 5mcg t3

I am not medically qualified but I'd drop back to original dose, as it was after your increase you felt overmedicated.
I've always taken my combination dose together. That way you don't have any bother about when you take food or whether stomach is empty.
Hi lisan1. I find that changes of t4 doses have an almost immediate impact on how I feel. That’s even though I also take t3. Just reducing 25mcg for 2 days was very noticeable. For me dropping from 112.5 to 50 would not be good. If you only ‘overdosed’ for a few days you could try reducing back down more gently.
Also, I take my t3 in the middle of the night together with my t4. When starting with spilt dosing initially I felt more tired than on a single dose.
I agree with Shaw's about dropping back to original dose. It will take more than a week for the T4 you wash out.
