phase 3 HPA axis dysfunction

I have just received the results of my Regenerus Saliva cortisol test. This shows that my "diurnal cortisol pattern is consistent with established Phase 3 HPA (adrenal gland) dysfunction. I also have Hashimoto's thyroid disease which I think is under control with 100mcg Levothyroxine.

I am unable to get an appointment with my GP for 2 was.

Has anyone had a result like this & can someone explain what this means for me?

Very worried now 🙁

Your previous post showed very low vitamin levels

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Are you now supplementing all, as recommended by SeasideSusie

Have you had coeliac blood test before trying strictly gluten free diet?

Or if already gone gluten free has this made any noticeable improvement yet?

A GP is extremely unlikely to understand cortisol test results, even endocrinologists are often disinterested

Getting vitamins optimal, should then increased your TSH so you can get dose increase in Levothyroxine
