Autoimmune Revolution, Breaking the Cycle of Pain

Friends, these experts have been offering their expertise in the form of summits and this one was exceptional when I watched it last week. They are rerunning any or all the interviews this weekend only. There are 35 participants and the interviewer, Peter Osborne does a fine job with his questions. If you have other immune problems like mold or Epstein Barre, you will find it interesting that your condition is not just a thyroid issue and probably never began as a "thyroid" problem. There is another underlying "something" that may have started the ball rolling. You can choose whomever you want out of these talks which will last only for this weekend.

Thank you very much for posting Heloise and it sounds very interesting. I know I have at least three authoimmune conditions.

Thanks, Shaws, I think we all do. Once you have a trigger it can attack any organ it seems.

If you are not familiar with any of these people, it gives the topic under their picture. If you can't watch many of them Peter Osborne, the narrator, gives a pretty good summation in his Putting the Pieces together.

They do bring out the importance of simple things like drinking water and how much of an effect it has. They also give the names of certain tests like the talk on mold which I also think affects many of us. What goes up your nose can end up in your brain. I wish I could watch every one of them but have been impressed with the ones I could. I like the fact you can slide through any topic you don't think relates to you.

Dr. Michael Murray talks about testing of the microbiome to see what happens if you can change it. Also how they discovered about vitamin D and Type 1 Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis and incomplete digestion. Worthwhile interview.

Dr. Murray also explains the doses many people need much more of D3, DHA/EPA.

5,000 i.u may be suitable dose of D3 but certain people need 10,000 i.u. daily

Fish oils have to be at least 3,000 mg. to address inflammation and more DHA to EPA seems to be more beneficial and also have to be taken for longer periods to effect change.

This is a terrific interview because his research seems to be deeper as they try to develop supplements that can protect and enhance your microbiome.

I've just listened to his 'Heart Disease IS Autoimmune Disease. Very interesting and easy for the listener to understand who isn't a doctor.

I agree. What is even worse is it appears that cancer is now called end stage autoimmune disease. We have to become more aware.

Thank you for posting :) just listening to Niki Gratrix about Emotional Trauma and Autoimmune Pain. Very interesting talk about how adverse childhood experiences are stored in the mind/body and lead to the onset of a host of health conditions later in life.

The research they have done is really telling us so much. Dr. Murray has mentioned that the lab takes months sometimes to be able to develop the tests that can reveal so much. I think we forget that. With so many sufferers of post traumatic syndromes we need to explore solutions!

There are a number of steps/actions that can be taken to intervene and halt the subsequent disease/s, the key take away message for me is the greatest success comes from a holistic approach (mind and body) rather than piece meal - her example was going gluten free for 6 months and stopping, then trying some other change for a short time after, ie meditation. Also a belief that you can feel well again.

Thank you again. Brilliant and for me hugely insightful and helpful. Best use of my Saturday night in :)

So great to hear, Solstice. Yes, multiple approaches are necessary. Almost all the speakers have recommended proteolytic enzymes which I'm not sure has been advertised as it should. These enzymes go on the attack and clean up proteins that invade the bloodstream. I think this is a huge factor in our type of illness because we don't have many resources to detox and these can be taken in high doses. I wish they would name which they would recommend as there are different types. Izabelle mentions Wobenzyme, I've used Serrapeptase several times and found it helpful. That goes after mucous and I think biofilm might be in that realm. Jon Barron has a formula containing several types. We don't make many of our own as we age and our pancreas is the organ that produces them.

Thanks for your response.

I decided to add serrapeptase to nattokinase, but at LOW dose, as I read that there can be an adverse effect for oedema/lymphoedema. Nevertheless, I found finger warts due to kitchen burns soon disappeared, after troubling me for five years. The nattokinase quickly stopped my legs cramping on waking. If anything though, my non-allergic rhinitis has worsened, sadly.

That's so disappointing. Is there something that helps? Have you every tried a xylitol nasal spray? Xylitol is interesting if you haven't tried it and one of the experts in the series also mentioned it. I've used it for years and the more we learn how toxins try their entry through the nose and the importance of clearing those out. Xylitol is sweet but very unlike sugar and non acid and good for your teeth and also has an antibiotic effect. I also use a Tea Tree Oil throat spray and both have nipped any infection before it starts.

Can I recommend (if you haven't come across it already) purehealth clinic (Micki Rose's site) - look at Mind-Body Medicine especially her post on mind body for multiple sensitivity, plus Central Sensitivity Syndrome and ACE and Trauma Triggered Illness (in the A-Z). These may not apply to you, or seem to, but there is a lot of interest. Micki also has a new book called The Healing Plan (8 step healing plan recovery from chronic illness) - I don't have it yet but it is on my Christmas list and if it is anything like as vast in it's scope and depth of information as the Gluten Plan (which I have), it will be a very good investment.

Sounds very similar to the talk by Nicki Gratrix - she included ACEs. It's so easy to dismiss such connections to health but it is interesting and once you become aware it makes a lot of sense.

I have yet to fully explore reading about the very many glutens that exist, though I have excluded all grains - I had a major overhaul when I realised so much of 'the apparently healthy modern lifestyle' can lead to / trigger autoimmune conditions.

Thank you for mentioning these resources, everything I have learned in my 2 year ''conscious' journey has come from here, and I can't complain with how I feel at the mo (touch wood :) )

So much more to learn though...so I'll have a read.

Edit - Quote "Don't underestimate this kind of stuff; it is life-changing :)" I certainly need to set aside some space to do this. Thanks again for mentioning.

No problem, glad it was helpful and that you are doing well. Always more to learn! The Gluten Plan is fabulous and well worth getting. I bought the real printed version, but ebook available too. Lots about auto-immune, testing, cross-reactivity etc.

Best wishes

If you want to know more about vaccines this interview with Ty Bollinger is excellent. He hosted the truth about cancer recently and has integrated all that knowledge. He is not antidoctor but believes everyone should have informed consent before allowing certain procedures. autoimmunerevolution.org/ex...

This interview with Dr. Pompa talks about amalgam fillings and mercury poisoning. He blames his dental work for his adrenal and thyroid problems. He points out the correct way to detox mercury in your body. I'm sure many of us can relate to why we have difficulties in getting rid of this toxin. autoimmunerevolution.org/ex...

Meta Oxy test and also the VCStest.com. I posted this a while ago and this may reveal mold exposure which affects contrast in the optic nerve.

This was difficult to hear because these metals can be found in the fetus that coincides with the quantity of mercury and lead in the mother.

Another reason for autoimmune issues is the other dental work. Dr. Daniel Pompa is pleading that everyone with an autoimmune problem should have a "cone beam" x-ray looked at by a professional who knows how to interpret. If you have had your wisdom teeth pulled, that cavitation will cause autoimmune disease.
