I have just been diagnosed with a min enlarged thyroid with cystic nodules in it following US scan. My TSH bloods were normal. GP said that its probably benign so no further action.
However, I have a history of 1 episode of malignant Melanoma in the arm (caught very early). With this history (which GP didn't recall & I didn't link at the time -BRAF oncogene) should I ask for onward referral for biopsy of nodules
