Hello everyone..well I've got to a total dead end with the nhs still showing all levels of t3 t4 and tsh low and symptoms pointing to secondary hypothyroidism but the nhs point blank refuse to refer me or take this any further.
On your advice I am going to book to see a private endocrinologist one who specialises in thyroid problems but I need some name and numbers please.
I live in Lancashire north west England but I know I'll have to travel that's not an issue I have requested a list from thyroid.org but I'd prefer to hear from actual people here who've seen the person and had success with them.
if I get nowhere privately and they still won't scan my pitituary or class me as in range just...then my second option is trialing NDT myself. I have to get this appointment booked as I'm being rushed through for a ct angiogram due to high cholestrol and angina type pains which I'm sure are due to my untreated hypopitituarisn ( I am slim exercise eat healthy don't drink so it's not diet causing high cholestrol)
thanks again
