Try tagging @SeasideSusie. I think you use the ‘@‘ sign before their name on a computer. I would suggest inboxing your request but SeasideSusie may prefer a tag instead.

Type @SeasideSusie, and then select her name form the menu that appears. The name will then appear in blue: SeasideSusie .
