I’ve been in T3 only treatment now go r couple of months. Started on 6.25 mcg Tiromel increasing every 5-7 days, got to 50mcg. Started feeling unwell hypo symptoms returning so dropped back to 37.50mcg then tested after 5 days. Results were
TSH 0.812. (O.27-4.20)
FT4. 2.110. (12.0-22.0)
FT3. 3. (3.10-6.80)
I’ve added 1 NDT in there now two days ago and still increasing 6.25mcg every 5-7 days. I’m now on 1 NDT and 56.25mcg T3.
Also treating adrenals as labs came back as low, low, very low, high. On ACE along with Relora, holy basil, jujube for night high.
My sleeping is worse now than it ever was and I’m thinking could it be possibly due to adrenal herbs or is it that my T3 so low?
How can my T3/4 reflect so badly on labs when on 62.50mcg. Could T3 just not work for me and am I in danger being this low, as I’ve felt a couple of times jump in my chest?
Thanks for any advice.

Some people need in range Free t4 as well as decent free T3. You have neither at the moment. Have you considered adding some NDT or levo to your T3? It's always hard to know whether the adrenal problems are causing the low thyroid hormones or vice versa
You're increasing too fast. It should be an increase of 6.25 mcg every two weeks, not five days. Your body is still trying to catch up with itself and feeling a bit stressed. You will miss your sweet spot, increasing like that. And, going up and down and adding other things, is not going to help. Whatever you're on now, if I were you, I would stay on it for six weeks and then retest.
I thought I would look at your older posts. I'm a little confused but did I get it straight that you stopped NDT and just took T3 for a while and then as you were increasing Tiromel you also came back with a grain of NDT? That probably wasn't a good idea since there is also 9 mcgs of T3 in your NDT. And 50 is the common dose for T3. One NDT is the equivalent to 20-25 T3 so now I think you are taking the equivalent of 3 grains of NDT.
Your adrenals will make reverse T3 out of any T4 you take if you are overdosing. So I'm thinking that is what may be happening to your T4 but I can't really back that up. I don't know what your body does with excess T3, some say it pools but that usually sends the test result high and yours is not. It is a puzzle.
A common dose is one grain NDT with 20-25 mcgs of T3. if you like the combo. OR two grain of NDT, OR 40-50 mcgs. of T3. if you choose just one.
