Creatinine is a byproduct of muscle metabolism and is excreated by the kidneys. A low creatinine is indicative of reduced muscle mass and can be an indicator of physical frailty and debility. It will also be reduced in muscle wasting diseases such as muscular dystrophy etc. On its own low creatinine is not diagnostic of a particular disease only reduced muscle metabolism.

Thank you for your reply crjquared. I’ve always complained to my GP that I feel I’m loosing a lot of my muscles mass but they’ve never done further tests. Maybe I need to speak with them again xx
