Sadly, your doctor hasn't arranged for the right tests to be done. Total T3 and Total T4 are not the most informative tests. You really need Free T3 and Free T4 done instead. The body makes use of Free T3 and Free T4.

Your TSH at 5.52 is too high for most people to feel well. Healthy people have a TSH which is closer to 0.5 - 1.5. You might find this post of interest :

TPO antibodies

Tg antibodies

Vitamin B12

Folate

Vitamin D

Ferritin

I would suggest a full iron panel rather than just ferritin. An iron panel includes ferritin, iron, transferrin saturation %, and TIBC (Total Iron Binding Capacity)
