Round in circles I wish I knew what the answer was with my medication I feel so exhausted

Hi I just can’t seem to get things right I’ve been on levo on and off for 16months ! I’ve got terrible insomnia headaches palpitations it makes me feel wretched

I tried nature throid from March until June I felt so much better but didn’t increase quick enough , then started with chronic fatigue all hypo symptoms came back so back to levo again !!!

I’ve been working on my vits and minerals and for 3 months had chronic insomnia

I felt so ill I took myself off levo last Saturday , 5 days ago started back on one grain nature throid

Yesterday all day felt loss of energy and last night I had awful pounding palpitations felt so bad cold shivery

shall I raise my nature throid already after 5 days ? 1 1/4 or 1.5 grains ?

There has been lots of speculation as to whether nature throid potency has changed over last 6 months )

I am on zopiclone for sleep not slept for 3 months since I lost my beloved cat Molly she was 13 (😻 been on those for 10 days can they interfere with medication?

Sorry about the long post any advice greatly appreciated
