Hi I’m on ndt and having another blood test on Wednesday. I know it’s fasting and first thing in the morning plus 12 hours from last dose. Does it matter if you’re slightly over or under the 12 hours?

8-12 hours is fine, same as for T3. After 12 hours there will be no T3 in the blood.
