Endocrine Doctor Recommendation

Hi Everyone, I I would like to visit Europe in my next vacation and I'm thinking to see a doctor is specialized in thyroid issues. I have a secondary hypothyroidism and local doctors here in Saudi are not helping a lot. Can you please recommend a doctor or just a place to consider? I will have a week and I'm open to visit in place in Europe in November, so if you recommend a nice place for a winter vacation, that will e a plus
