Ferritin is a bit low as for thyroid hormone to work (that's our own as well as replacement hormone) ferritin needs to be at least 70, preferably half way through range. Eating liver regularly will help there, or liver pate, black pudding or other iron rich foods.
Selenium is slightly over range, if you are supplementing you may want to drop back or have a supplement holiday.
B12 and Folate are marked as high, this isn't a problem if you are supplementing.
FT4 is below range
TSH and FT3 in range
Without knowing what thyroid meds you are taking - if any, it's not really possible to comment further.
Iam having 1/4 ndt morning and 7.5mcg t3 plus 5mcg t3 morning I have introduced t3 a month ago or so that’s why my t4 is low.is this normal for t4 to be low in range if iam On ndt and t3 and t3 bit more than ndt . Iam waiting for rt3 results

One grain of NDT generally contains 38mcg T4, so by having 1/4 you will be taking 9.5mcg T4, this is why your FT4 is low.
1/4 of NDT gives 2.25mcg T3, plus your 7.5mcg plus 5mcg so you're taking a total of 14.75mcg T3.
Normally when taking T3 then TSH tends to be low, even suppressed, yours is quite high and your FT3 is 48% through it's range which is on the low side. I expect you are still experiencing symptoms.
You are very unlikely to have raised rT3, you certainly don't have enough T4 to be converting to rT3 rather than FT3, and you're already taking T3 which can help when rT3 is high. So if your rT3 comes back raised, it will be for a different reason other than too much T4 converting to rT3.
