I'm only on a low dose of 50mcg Levothyroxine since April this year, I was retested to check my levels but I'm still lethargic most of the time, I haven't managed to lose weight regardless of diet and the thing that worries me the most is I'm still having memory issues where I know what I want to say or do but it takes a moment for my brain to catch up, even with things that should be second nature.
My results in August were :
TSH 3.77mU/L
T4 17 pmol/L
Which are both within normal parameters.
Many thanks guys.

Shane ,ignore "normal". For good advice you need to show the ranges .Being in range is not necessarily enough .TSH should be about 1 .FT4 above half way as for FT3 but the NHS does not routinely test the latter which is the active hormone every cell needs which is why so many privately test. You also need to know D3,B12 ,folate and ferritin and the two antibodies to know if you have Hashimotos. SEE Thyroid UK web site.
You’re probably undertreated. The quickest way to test that out is to increase dose slightly and see if you feel any better. Then see GP and explain. It’s not enough to be in the normal range for everyone, you need to be at the point in the range where you feel well - you can’t find that out from blood tests, it’s trial and error. Good luck
