Swollen neck

I am recovering from flu so feeling rather yuck. I noticed on Saturday that I was getting pressure on my neck when I lie down... I had this a lot before my thyroid was controlled. This morning my neck is visibly swollen and the skin is itchy.

Last week I bought some Liposomal vitamin C to help recover from flu. I’ve been taking two sachets a day. I only today read the ingredients to find that it contains ingredients derived from soy.

Could the soy have caused my neck to swell up?

shaws thank you so much for sharing that. I knew that soy was something to be avoided but didn’t realise there was so much evidence. It also explains lots of other things since I was taking this product. It’s going in the bin... I will be reverting to my trusty ascorbic acid for vitamin c supplements!!!
