I'm hypothyroid and most of the winter into early summer lost half of my hair all over my head...small handfuls coming out daily ( or more often)... I was trying lots of things to improve my health by the spring ( some like upping my levothyroxin then taking T3 too might not be relevant to you), but I also improved my vitamins / minerals: folate, ferritin/ iron ( my Vit D and B12 were good to near optimum), plus Complex B vitamins ( with biotin), selenium, zinc and magnesium. Something worked, as my hair is now ok, but it took upto 3/4 months to see any improvement. Hope your hair recovers quickly....

Have you looked at 'Related posts' top right of page...you'll get other replies re hair loss. Look up SeasideSusie's replies to posts re main types of vits/ mins to take- brands, doses...she'll inform about folate, ferritin, b12, Vit D in general for good thyroid health...which is what I have taken/ still do but less often. 'Extras' include selenium ( selenomethionine) 200 mcg, zinc (monohydrate)140mg, magnesium ( there are lots of compounds, some cheap and poor quality, I use Mg citrate), Vit C , 1000mg. And good B Complex like Thorne, or Jarrows( these contain biotin, but do vary slightly in composition. Good luck!
