As long as you leave an hour before eating or two hours after eating when taking your levo, it doesn't matter much what you eat. Eat what suits you.

Some people find they feel better on a gluten-free diet. Others react badly to dairy, so obviously they cut that out. You have to find what suits you.

But, as a general rule, it's best to avoid all forms of soy, artificial sweeteners and processes seed oils.
