Just received these tests back ,cannot get an appointment with a GP for 3 weeks so i am trying to sort a few things myself. i have ordered Vit D & Folate and will start using immediately. Could i reduce my Levo to 100 mcg currently on 125mcg and buy T3 and if so what would the dosage be .Thanks,Karen

One step at a time is likely best

First get vitamin levels improved and that should lower FT4 as thyroid hormones start working better, and TSH may rise too

A good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be of benefit

Vitamin D needs improving to at least 80nmol, around 100nmol may be better

What vitamin D brand and dose have you got?

It's trial and error what dose each person needs. Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Thanks Slowdragon, i have ordeded vit D and Folate from highly recommended online store which i have used in the past. I have had Hashi for 20 years. I decided to use the online service that you recommend as for the last couple of years i had lost the will to battle everything and was going with the flow but now have a locum Dr who seemed very interested in my case so i will hopefully get a better response when i show her the results.
