So I got 0,7 UI/mL on TSH, I'm worried about hyperthyroidism. However I do not have any symptoms whatsoever, I mean I lost weight but I'm restricting my diet and exercising everyday, so that's normal I guess.
Could this value be something less serious?

Doctors get anxious if our TSH is too low but the fact that we are hypothyroid we cannot suddenly become hyperthyroid. The Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) is from the pituitary gland and tries to flag up the thyroid gland to produce more hormones - that is why it rises and we are diagnosed as hypothyroid.
Once on levothyroxine and by taking note of our clincal symptoms which are being relieved is the best way to judge. The fact that our TSH is low or very low (the aim is 1 or lower) - unless you have a very high pulse - is usually because we feel an improvement.
If someone has had their thyroid gland removed due to cancer, they have to take sufficient hormones that suppress the TSH and they come to no harm.
Read about TSH on the following link - the best reason on how to judge our doses is by our clinical symptoms and how we 'feel'. If well we're on the right dose. Adjusting doses due to the TSH result alone instead of symptoms means that we may not feel well at all.
So you are not on Levothyroxine for being hypothyroid? If you are then low TSH is pretty normal (though GP's often freak out!)
Not diagnosed at all with any thyroid disease?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or vitamins
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
Im not taking anything yet, results from TSH just arrived and im kinda shocked. Still have to do FT3 and FT4 but either case 0,07 is very low considering the range of 0,7-6,4 I guess
Hyperthyroidism is when your free T4 and free T3 are over range. TSH is not a thyroid hormone and something as simple as taking a hair and nails, or B vitamin supplement with biotin in it can give a false low result.
