Today’s results
Your last results showed high Hashi's antibodies, which isn't over-active thyroid. If she thinks you have hyperthyroidism, she should test the TRAB or TSI antibodies. If I were you, I wouldn't take anything until she's done that and confirmed Grave's. Your levels aren't that much over-range, so it looks more like Hashi's than Grave's.
As advised previously it looks more likely it's early stage Hashimoto's not Graves
But with either Graves or Hashimoto's it's essential to test vitamin D and folate, as well as ferritin and B12
Ferritin is good. On high side might suggest Hashimoto's
B12 is quite low, this works with folate, so important to test folate as well. Needs watching. You may need to supplement especially if folate is also low
Vitamin D needs testing

Have you had coeliac blood test, just to rule it out, before changing to strictly gluten free diet?
Many, many Hashimoto's and Graves patients find gluten free diet helps, sometimes significantly

Your cholesterol is borderline high, another suggestion that it Hashimoto's, not Graves
High cholesterol is linked to being hypothyroid
