Nice one. Thanks for sharing 👍
This is very interesting especially the write up on Ken Blanchard who believed in Micro dose of T3 when taking T4.
It's understandable that if the thyroid is working normally it omits just the right amounts throughout 24 hours, therefore, taking it as we do is not good.
I have been thinking about trying Levo again and adding the smallest amounts of T3 throughout the day, watch this space. It will take a couple of months for me to trail this.
I have only just registered with my GP back in UK so will have to make an appointment.
Also I will have to find a way to obtain the smallest amounts of T3 to add in.
Thank you for the chart it's an eye opener.

Why would a normal thyroid omit T3? Surely it makes about 25% of the T3? Or do you mean sometimes it doesn't make any T3 if thinks it's not needed?
I went to the post above and looked at the chart I also looked at some of the ideas from Ken Blanchard and then read through these. Have a look and see what you think?
It's possible another way forward

I did look at it and read the Blanchard stuff, which is why I queried what you wrote
Human thyroid makes very little T3, less than 6 mcg spread out over 24 hours. Pig thyroid makes a lot more than a human thyroid does (the ratio in NDT). Most of human T4 to T3 conversion takes place inside the tissue, not in the thyroid.
Especially if you have no thyroid at all
Thanks!
