Help with table of blood test results

Hello, can someone please help me with copying a google sheets table onto this platform so that I can get advice on my blood test results. thanking you all in advance for your help.

To post an image in an opening post of a thread you have the option to post an image when compiling your post.

You can also post one image in a "reply" by clicking on the last icon in the row beneath the message box, the rectangle with mountains inside.

Alternatively type in your results with reference ranges.

I think your reply shows just how technically challenged I am, seems I didn't even understand the question (what's a google sheet?) 🤣

I'm a very simple soul, but I can do a spreadsheet in Open Office (perhaps not the same thing) 😊
