As I couldn’t find out how to add a photo to my reply to Grey Goose I have added it to this new post.

This is the information I have been using as a guide to my T3 treatment
I think they've left a lot out, here. It really does depend on how much levo you were taking in the first place. If it was just a small does, say 50 mcg, yes, you could just stop it and take 12.5. That's about equal. But you were on 175 mcg! That's totally different.
And I don't know about 'weeks' getting out of your system. Again, it depends how much you were taking. The half-life of levo is 1 week. So, that means that one week after you stop it, you will have half as much in your system.
And I certainly wouldn't split 12.5 mcg. It's too small a dose. You might be better off taking it all in one go no matter how much you're taking. It's a very individual thing, and you have to find what's best for you. I take my 75 mcg T3 all in one go.
And 12.5 mcg isn't really a starter dose. 6.25 mcg is a starter dose. And, as I said, one normally increases by 6.25 mcg every two weeks. So, I really don't think I'd trust this 'protocol', it's too brutal.
