My monthly cycle is always 2 weeks good and then 2 weeks of increasing tension, angry outbursts and feelings of stress until my period starts. Just before my period I get really wiped out, just exhausted.
I'm on Naturethroid, 2.75 grains and pushing up to 3. I'm 49 but periods still regular. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good supplement to reduce PMT and which is okay to use with NDT?

I had that, wanted to run someone over with my trolly in the supermarket for no apparent reason... the folks on here suggested magnesium...

All of that has chilled my box and although my periods aren't regular (I too am 49) at least I'm no threat to household objects, passing pedestrians or myself!
Yep, I know all of those and my poor boys know when to steer clear of me at home! I have some of those supplements at home already. Will check their use by dates.
I’ve been told to try 5HTP, Magnesium and calcium d glucarate. The latter is supposed to help with estrogen dominance which I have been told can aggrevate PMT.
Try progesterone cream. Can't remember the brand my thyroid doc recommended but make sure it is bioidentical and not just yam cream. Worked a treat for me
