Low temperature but feel fine?

My temperature averages at 35.2-36.2 degrees but I've been feeling a lot better recently. I read somewhere by Dr Barry Peatfield that our temperatures will usually never reach a normal person's temperature and it will always be a bit low, but he mentioned that usually it should be around 36.2, whereas normal body temp is usually higher than 36.5. I say I feel fine but I still experience small bouts of brain fog but I think that's just down to recently recovering from the bad symptoms I had before when I was on a lower dose of NDT (I recently increased dose to 3.5 grains 3 weeks ago).

My question is, do you reckon my body temperature will eventually raise in the future once I've been on this dose of NDT for longer, or do you think I just haven't reached my optimum level of medication yet? Or is this just normal?

Also my bloods are good, I'm converting T3 well.

Do any of us know exactly what our body temp was before being hypo? I doubt it as we'd probably only take it if we were unwell and feeling quite hot.

How you 'feel' is more important than temp as it cary vary quite often.
