Hi I am on levothyroxine for thyroid. I have been having digestive problems for years. I read that with thyroid we can have problems with wheat and gluten but I have taken online test and it was negative but still have joint pain, dry and gritty eyes particularly at night and stomach cramps.

Hi, while I was doing my own research a lot of doctors recommended go gluten and soy free if you have thyroid problems, these two are a big no no, some people even find feeling much better on dairy free diet too along with gluten and soy free. Try to eliminate those 2 or 3 and you’ll see if you feel any better
Thank you I will. I did know about soy as before I was diagnosed with thyroid problems I flooded my system with soy thinking it would help with the menopause and I started to go underactive so there definitely is a link.
