How consistent must you be with Adrenavive , say ?

Can you just take Adrenal supps for a few days..

A week or two...?

Odd days ?

Or is consistency very important..and must it be for a month or two at least ?

I’ve taken it for some long time , believe it or not, but in a new situations these questions come to mind...

Any answers anyone ?

It seems it is indeed better to geradualky build up to taking it...likewise when decreasing etc,,,and I think a reasonable level of consistency with it is necessary.

The thing to do is to use Adrenal Cortex in conjunction with Dr Rinds wonderful temperature graph tool..with all his accompanying instructions, interpretations and notes.

Using it this way..

You know whether to increase your thyroid meds or not..when to do that,,,or whether you need more time on the cortex level you’re at..or indeed whether to increase the cortex a little.

Also..I have found that certain levels of cortex suit and others don’t..eg,,,I HAVE taken as many as three Adrenavive 11 ...bit I have found four too much for me..and truly...I feel more normal on two..or one Adrenavive 111

Which equates to 250 mg of cortex.

Also..for what it is worth..I have found Thorne Adrenal..which is cortex also...useless or even not good for me,..where Adrenavive suits me very well.
