Medicheck tests done woop!!! Sore finger tips though

I did my medicheck test just waiting on my results now also changed to the Spanish thyroxine and I just say I’m feeling much better already too but I also did just get a tonne of vitamin d in the sun so not sure which has helped but may start some sunbeds to help too 👌🏻

Good to hear that you're feeling better. You might want to retest your Vit D, during the winter we draw on the store of Vit D we made during the summer. If you're level isn't between 100-150nmol/L then it's safer to supplement with D3 and it's important cofactors magnesiumand Vit K2-MK7 than use a sunbed
