Before you do anything, seems to me you need to know exactly where you are thyroid-wise. No point in launching into an exercise problem if your FT3 is low and can't support you. You need to know your :

TSH

FT4

FT3

TPO/Tg antibodies

As for vitamins/minerals, things will only help you if you need them. More is not necessarily better. So, you need to know the levels of :

vit D

vit B12

folate

ferritin

And build up a supplement regime according to those levels. Certainly not just take things because someone told you it could help. We need to be a bit more scientific about it. :)

As you can tell I’m

Just learning more about it although had issues for years I’ve never been there of much and only just found groups etc where it’s helping me to learn anything about it all

I think most of those are on my lab tests from what I saw apart from t3 but are medi tests better than what’s tested through the doctors ? X

Shall I get the medi test that includes everything for 79 pounds ? X

I think that would be a great idea, yes. :)

Then, post all the results on here, with the ranges, and then people can better advise you about what to do next. :)

Yes I agree, work out what’s going on with your health before embarking on a plan! I thoroughly recommend looking at Isabella Wentz stuff, she has two books about finding the root cause of your thyroid health issues. Also follow her on FB, she posts a lot of useful articles. I feel I have learned a lot about my situation through her.

You will need to start at the beginning with your thyroid blood test results with the ranges, first. Don't bother with the exercise this I think would be a mistake. It does take time to get better but you have to go about it in the right order.

I know a few herbs that would help but only after you sort out your thyroid problems first.

I’m waiting for medi checks to reply to me as was trying to order the 79 pound one and use the discount code but wasn’t working so once I hear back from them I’m going to get that one and go from

There I know doctors did loads and my lab results are on here but not sure if I should even trust those results anymore and what I’ve even had checked and not etc so

I’m guessing best one to get done is the 79 pound thyroid test from there? X

in reply toLeab8

The one with the most including all the thyroid plus the vitamins and minerals. Good luck please let us know how you get on. The good people on this site have made me well but it takes time to sort it out.

I’ve also been trying to figure out what’s going on for years so many blood tests I’ve lost count but I never get any info or help from doctors after they come back I Jst get told doctors notes say normal no action but after posting on here and other fb groups people are saying the opposite to my doctors so I just end up feeling lost x
