Apologies, I cannot put two photos in one post. See below second photo for the post on my blood test results immediately below. Many thanks for anyone who can help.

Hypo and Hyper symptoms can be very similar so it's hard to tell from symptoms what is going on. Your FT3 has never been over range. I don't know much about hypothyroidism in pregnancy but I'm wondering whether the hormonal changes from pregnancy and post partum are altering thyroid function? In your previous post you gave your current FT3 level which is very low in the lab range. Are you taking any medicines which might have an impact on thyroid function?
Have you had all your vitamin levels checked? The key ones are vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin?
I really don't think your problems are 'in your head' as your doctor says because with an FT3 so low, you're likely to have symptoms. However, if vitamins are low then thyroid hormone, your own or medication, will struggle to function.
You mention you will be having vitamins and minerals tested - good idea. B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD all need to be optimal for thyroid hormones to work well. If they are low it could make adding T3 a problem. When good your conversion from T4 to T3 could improve.
B12 over 500 - Folate and Ferritin mid range - VitD around 100 + are the levels suggested here.
Hope you soon feel better ... come back here for more advice if Doc is unheloful.
Thanks everyone. Will get vitamin results next week. Fingers crossed there’s a clear issue I can work on in that.
