I have my doubts, to be truthful. I love the bit where they say: "spending lots of money with little or no success".

Think it may be helpful in improving the general health, but if you have real thyroid deficiency, it is playing with Fire to try to resolve it by diet and lifestyle. I feel they are pandering to the 'somatoform illness' philosophy and 'it must be something else' old chestnut.

But some might find a degree of benefit, and who am I to gainsay what could be a very helpful regime?
