Hi
Just wondered if anyone experienced pins and needles in toes. I have UAT and Hashi and I get a sort of tingling in my second toe coming every 2to 3 seconds. It’s not painful as such just uncomfortable. Wondered if it was connected.

It could be low vitamin B12 and/or folate. (They work together.) Have you had these tested recently?
I have B11 injections with next one due in October. I have had private blood tests done (having a TT) and B12 was 401 (in a good place in range). Folate in mid range 32.40 (8.83-60.8). Ferritin was high at 409 (13-150).
I've just taken a look at your posting history and I see that you've had your thyroid removed this year. Has your doctor kept tabs on your calcium levels since this was done? If your parathyroid glands were damaged or removed with your thyroid then you might have very low calcium. And that can cause tingling and pins and needles in various body tissues.
It’s a worryingly odd sensation. I had something similar and was advised by my Physio to stretch (lean against a door with one foot flat on the ground). This has helped me.
Of course there may be a dietary/vitamin connection which others here would probably able to help you with.
All the bests.
